Facilities Manager £32k. With fifteen years experience of residential, commercial property and office services management as well as a recognised member of the BIFM and British Safety Council. Duties: Procurement of all hard and soft services, negotiation of contracts, budget control, liaison with landlords, space planning (Autocad) the recruitment and training of staff, health and safety, office relocations and management of SLA’s.
Facilities Supervisor £28k. Five years experience gained within the media industry. Duties include health & safety, fire marshalling, risk assessments, monthly billing for department heads, managing the telephone network and call logger system, office moves, supervising security, stationery, reprographics, post room and reception departments, liaising with service contractors/suppliers, organising holiday/sickness cover and dealing with day to day issues.
Office Services Assistant. £20k. Seven years experience gained within a leading law firm. Duties include; all manner of mail, print, stationery, couriers, archiving services, recording cheques and currency, liaising with outside contractors, office moves, light maintenance and working very closely with the office services manager often covering in their absence.
Facilities/Maintenance Assistant. £20k. This experienced candidate is accustomed to maintaining all meeting rooms, including the setting up of all AV equipment. Office moves, general office repairs, maintaining photocopiers, fax machines and franking machines, plus covering the post room if requested. Co-ordinates all outside contractors with regards to water control, heating, ventilation, and renovation projects.
Mailroom Messenger. £18k. Ten years experience gained within Investment Banks. Duties: Handles all aspects of post including franking, sorting and distribution, city walks, arranges couriers using DHL easyship system, internal deliveries and administration of all paperwork (Word/Excel). Co-ordinates all deliveries and the collection of products worldwide.
Facilities Assistant. £14k. With two years experience carrying out the following duties: All internal / external mail, fax and courier services, assisting with office moves, light maintenance, replenishing photocopiers with toner and paper, ordering stationery and entering data using excel spreadsheets.
Archivist / Records Assistant. £22k. With nine years experience, this candidate possesses a superb work record. Duties: Data inputting onto Lotus notes for files/records and deeds. Arrange for the retrieval of stored material, run destruction reports and review legal files. A major part of the role is to provide administrative support to the company secretaries.
Office Junior. £14k. This candidate in our view will be snapped up very quickly. With excellent presentation / communication skills, PC literate and eager to prove themselves to any new employer.
Receptionist. £22k. Over eight years experience employed by one of the cities largest Banks. Accustomed to using various switchboards, meeting and greeting, organising conference rooms and the booking of taxis.
General Office Assistant £15k. This charming young lady was made redundant from a West End Asset Management company after one year. Duties: covering the reception desk, meeting and greeting, setting up meeting rooms, inputting data, monitoring stationery levels, liaising with outside caterers, taking minutes for meetings, sorting post and assisting the office with administrative tasks. Available immediately.
Chauffeur / Mailroom Messenger £21k. Recently made redundant from an international bank, after fifteen years experience of chauffeuring their chairman and V.I.P’s throughout London and the UK (days/nights/weekends). With good PC skills and the ability to assist within the post room / general office as required.
